I just had the pleasure collaborating with and for the loveliest bride, Hayley. Hayley is getting married in March at the most beautiful rustic wedding venue in Western Australia, the Darlington Estate Winery. She will be wearing a gorgeous lace fitted gown with a small scalloped lace train and will be wearing her very own bespoke headpiece. We are so excited for her!
Loving the elements of the Jasmine hair comb with scattering pearls and crystals set amongst floral finery, Hayley contacted us asking for a comb that would encompass all these wonderful details in a smaller size and with only three identical flowers that would represent her three darling little boys. I must say this melt my heart and I am sure yours just melt too!
Hayley was to wear her comb on the right side with swept glamorous waves and a veil at the back which influenced the design and weight of the piece as it would simply fall out with too much weight.
As I often do when creating new pieces, I drew the design I had in mind by using the Jasmine comb as a base. Slowly but surely, crystal and pearl branches were entwined in a unique shape and elegant line to create a perfect cohesion with Hayley’s bridal hairstyle.
I really love the end result of this bespoke comb. I think it will look effortlessly romantic in Hayley’s glam waves and it will be perfect for the rustic boho theme of the day.
We also made Hayley's custom wedding garters, mixing lace and designs from our garter collection!
